{rtichoke} is an interactive tool for prediction model evaluation that our data scientist Uriah developed. {rtichoke} produces interactive HTML outputs for prediction model's performance metrics and it is mostly used as part of the Pan-Predictor workflow.
{rtichoke} outputs include interactive sliders and hover info that help our analysts to get the performance metrics of the relevant probability threshold or risk percentile. ma The interactivity helps our analysts to develop and monitor the models and helps the clinicians to understand the full meaning of the performance metrics.
Open Source
{rtichoke} is an open source and it is available as an R package, you can try it with your own models. Learn more about how to use it here:
