Clalit's North district provides comprehensive, community based healthcare services to a diverse multicultural population of 600,000 patients, residing in cities and rural communities of the northern district of Israel.
At North Innovation Center we are dedicated to using innovative methods and tools to provide excellent, comprehensive, accessible, patient-centered care solutions for all patients.
We focus on improving community and home-based healthcare services for the most vulnerable and high need patients through remote home monitoring and telehealth, decision support tools for complex medical conditions, technology to support aging in place, advanced office and home based point of care diagnostics, home rehabilitation tools and supportive technologies for mental and cognitive health.

Clalit Innovation Network
Clalit's innovation network includes twelve innovation centers, spread in our hospitals and the community. Each of these innovation centers has a unique purpose and characteristic, which is derived from its unique population, its geographical location, and the centers of excellence in the hospital or district, among other factors.
The challenges and areas of practice of the centers are based on real-life needs that clinicians, therapists, and other employees encounter every day.
Clalit's innovation centers share their accumulated knowledge and projects, whether they are cross-organizational or cross-clinical.
